Kaph Kaph Care Agency, an HSE-recognised approved supplier in CHO3, was established in 2022 to provide person-centred care to individuals with intellectual disabilities and older people.

4 Step Guide to Access Care

1. Free consultation to assess the nature and level of care needed.
2. Develop a care plan to meet your individual requirements, with the advice, care and support of the MDT.
3. Assign a homecare team to match your needs.
4. Continuous monitoring and review by our dedicated Homecare Nurse Manager to ensure you are entirely satisfied with the care provided.
